This questionnaire helps me to understand the essence of your work.

The first question is fairly straightforward, and for the last three questions, the idea is to come up with 5-10 core words (single words or short phrases) that resonate with who you are as a practitioner and what you offer your clients.

It's okay if a word turns up in multiple answers, or if you end up making up a word (it happens!) The idea is to just let the words flow out and we can reorganize them later. I like these two online word lists for inspiration:
